Returns & Refund Policy

All Slopeside Design maps are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your map is damaged during shipping or if something isn't right, contact us within 7 days at ash@slopesidedesign.ca and we'll make it right.

Refunds If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, we'll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
